Click to Talk for Non Wordpress SIte not working CORS issue

Hello my click to call link works ok from email.
The implementation on my website is not working and this is the error message my webdev is reporting.
please could you help ?

Access to fetch at 'https:mysite.3cx.co.uk:5001/MyPhone/c2cinfo?c2cid=joan1123' from origin 'https://www.mysite.co.uk' has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. My settings on 3 cx Wordpress for the wordpress site is as follows :

I tried to access your site, but I get a certificate error. Is this the correct site URL?
