Click2Call, Tel: and Callto: Dial immediately instead of populating dialler and then pressing hook button

A customer has expressed a strong desire to be able to click on numbers and have the 3CX apps dial immediately on clicking on a click2call, Tel: or Callto: number rather than just having it populate the number in the dialler. I wonder if making this an option could be a possibility.
