ClickToCall identify all numbers as phone numbers

Hi all,

I have this issue, in my web application the extension show as number phone all numbers present in a page.
This problem not make me use the web application correctly because the extension start calls.
how can I insert a filter?

Hello @fountain45 ,

Make sure that you get our latest version of the extension and on Options exclude the page that you do not want the parser to create numbers.

Hi Constantinos,

thanks for your reply, but the pages are dynamically create (dashboard) from the CRM and I want use this future for my customers, where in CRM are present all contacts. In this pages are present numbers as euro cipher with caracters "." "," and the extension catch these numbers ad phones for call.

I have noted moreover that "Auto launch a Custom Contact URL using variables " does not work when I receive the call no page is opened.

On Exclude configuration you can use symbols like * to construct a regular expression URL. For example
https://cmr.com/customers*

In regards to Custom Contact URL. That configuraiton option is set on Chrome Extension Settings page or on WebClient ?

Check on Chrome Extension > Settings > Integration what is the configuration.

The latest version of Chrome Extension has it's own set of configuration options. You might have it disabled for Chrome Extension and that's why you do not get it.
