Client doesn't connects to server
Good day to everybody.
I am using 3CX Server (free version) with default options in my intranet. While using SJPhone 1.65 everything seemed to be fine. Now I decided to try using 3CX VoIP client (buid 5.0.3697.0). Already reviewed manual with best attention
.
The trouble is that I really can't connect to the server. While connecting to server, the status of my extension begins to blur every second ("On Hook"/"Not connected" on client and "Registered(idle)/Not registered" in web admin interface on tab "Line Status").
Client settings are:
* Handset mode
* SIP port: 5060
* First RTP port: 7000
* Last RTP Port: 7499
* TAPI Port: 4300
* STUN Server: stun.3cx.com
And of course, VoIP client is allowed in Windows XP firewall.
Any ideas for the cause?[/list]
