Clip update in display witch call pickup

Hi All,

I have several Yealink phones installed.
When a call comes in on one of the phones and another phone picks up the call by call pickup with dial code *20*, the Yealink will keep displaying *20*.

Shouldn't the clip be updated with the caller ID of the connected line after the call is picked up?

3CX: Professional Annual 16.0.8.9
Yealink: T46G 28.83.188.9

Yes, normally this should be possible but it can depend on a number of factors.

Firstly, check that all your extensions have these two options enabled:


Without this, the result would be that you would only see * 20 * on your screen
