Clock Stops when notification fired.
We would like to disable notification popups globally because when the notifications are triggered the clock is paused in the screen so folks not prepared to address the notification are seeing an incorrect time on the phone, yes they can clear it but when your working across the room on another project it can be annoying to look over and see the incorrect time.
Have looked at the current templates for Fanvil Ver 16.0.619 and there appears to be no entry for notification popups this is the closet reference but the section does not contain notification block:
PHONE_FEATURE_MODULE
This is also a redundant function as the icons represent the same information and the led also responds as programmed in the 3CX provisioning gui.
We know we can do this manually on the phone gui but having it available in the default template of would be a better solution for multiple phones and it would also allow it to be a supported 3CX solution.
