Cloud hosted system not responding

I have seen some other posts to this effect. If someone could help/give me some details for the google cloud hosting for my system that would be great. Mine won't respond so I can't log in and manage the system. Lines/handsets register but i am now ready to provision/configure the sip trunk but can't
