[CM306002]: There is no valid STUN server specified! External IP can not be resolved

Se implemento un PBX en un equipo Raspberry, la version es la 16.0.8.9 actualmente las pruebas de firewall indican que solo el puerto 5090 tiene un problema llamado "full cone test failed" y que el SIP ALG Server envia un error llamado "detected (sent 3a7f6582 ≠ 308fe3a1, received cdefec09 ≠ 6e5c3049)"

En la aplicaicon de 3CX para iOS muestar el icono verde, pero el mensaje debajo del icono verde indica "Conectando...."

Se trata de realizar una llamada entre extensiones una estando dentro de la LAN y la otra desde la APP de 3CX fuera de esa LAN pero no se escucha el tono de la llamada todo esta en silencio marcando desde la APP a el telefono dentro de la LAN, sin embargo desde la LAN las dos extensiones se comunican sin problemas.

Si nos podrian orientar para ver por donde podemos empezar a resolver el problema.

Regarding the issue, it would seem that you have SIP ALG enabled on your firewall and that TCP and UDP Port 5090 are not forwarded to the 3CX PBX.

The 3CX Mobile Apps use the 3CX Tunnel connection which in turn requires TCP and UDP Port 5090 so it would make sense that you are having issues with these clients if those ports are not configured correctly.

Make absolutely sure that all ports mentioned here have been configured: https://www.3cx.com/docs/ports/
