Solved Command to view installed 3cx phone version

I need command to see installed 3cx phone version

My management console is not opening

In that case you can run apt-cache policy 3cxpbx and you will see the installed version of the PBX as well as a list of available versions.

I have problem in Management Console Service
Management Console Web is not opennig
But when I restart the Management Console service I get this error:

Unit 3CX.service could not be found.
Unit PhoneSystem.service could not be found.
Unit Management.service could not be found.
Unit Console.service could not be found

I'll be very honest, this doesn't look good. The ".service" files in Linux is what actually configures applications to run as services.

I'd suggest the following:

1. Reboot the server
2. Command: sudo 3CXStopServices
3. Command: sudo 3CXStartServices

If that sill doesn't work, I'd suggest finding the latest 3CX backup you have, removing 3CX and then re-installing from the backup you have.
