Company Address Book

Hi there,

I signed up to 3CX SMB 10 users - and I was wondering how to save contacts so they appear on all users 3CX? Where's the Company Address Book? How do I import numbers into the Company Address Book?

Hi @nickmcg272 there is a phonebook but for personal contacts. Each user can add or import personal contacts, also there is a CRM integration so users can search for contacts in their account.

Currently there’s not like a global company phonebook using SMB.

On dedicated installations you can use global company phonebook.
