Hi All,

Just installed a SMB V20 for a small company.
The owner extension has filled the contacts but other extensions do not see these contacts? Is this a limitation of the Free SMB version?

Also the owner extension uses a Snom D862 phone. Provisioning goes well but the phonebook in the phone is empty aswell.
Same for an other extension with a Snom D715 phone, good provisioning but not entries in the phonebook.
The Snom D862 is the router phone.

Any help or explanation would be great.

Regarding your question, please note that the SMB editions do not include a company phonebook. As a result, IP phones provisioned on the system will not have access to this feature.

However, personal phonebooks are available for users through the Web Client and mobile apps, though these do not sync with IP phones.

OK, clear for the IP Phones.
Is it possible to share the contacts in the web clients?

You can import contacts to web clients via a pre-configured CSV file, but these contacts will not appear on IP phones.

Where can I find the import option in the SMB version?

Each webclient user has their own personal address book. When you access their contacts and choose "Personal" from the drop-down menu on the right, you will see an upload button.
