Computer Audio won't turn off

We use 3CX Browser Extension for Google Chrome.
When I'm listening zu music with my Headset, that computer audio won't turn off if there's a incoming call.
Even during the call the music is played in background what's very annoying.

What do I have to do to fix that and not have to listen to the music with the laptop speakers?

I'm using Jabra Speakers. That browser plug in is installed also.

I'm unaware of a way that this can be done, to automatically mute only the music. I'll leave this open in case anyone else has found a way to do this.

It would be no Problem, if all computer audio (except the 3CX call) would turn off...
