Conditional Call Routing

On my system I am needing to setup a conditional route as described below:

Incoming call hits IVR > caller hits Option 3 > condition:

:condition
If avail > ring ext 958
IF Out of Office > ring ext 801 > no ans ring 807 > no ans vm of 958

BUT if the ext is internally dialed OR directly dialed at the IVR condition should not apply.

What is the best way to make this happen?

which version of 3CX are you using? You can also set these on the extension in question on the web client settings. (check under exception rrules as well.
