Solved Conferece call via DID external number allow to create a room to meeting.

Hi Guys,

If you call the incoming DDR number that I set up for voice webmeeting, it will ask you for the conference code to join the meeting. Okay However, If you enter any 7 digit string followed by # it will create a new conference room for you. This you need to see how to block this.

Does anybody Knows how to close this ? My be set up to force the PIN?

What you said, you can make it mandatory to require a PIN to create a new Audio Conference.
The option to make it require a PIN can be found in the Management Console --> Settings --> Conferencing, in the "Audio" tab:
