Conference mail template issue

Hello,

I have using 3CX v12.5 and found conference mail template has some issue that can't show the detail. The template text as below.

<Subject>3CX Phone System - You are invited to attend a conference call - $conferencename</Subject>

Hello,

You are invited to attend the following conference call: $conferencename

To participate, please dial $ExtNo and enter this Conference ID $Pin to join the conference call at the specified time.
Internal employees that are available will be contacted automatically on their extension. In case the extension is busy, employees can join the conference later by dialing $confnum and entering conference ID $Pin when prompted.
Conference description: $description.

Important notification: This conference meeting will not be available before the specified date and time - so do not join before.

When I received the email without the detail above. Could you please advise how to fix it? Thanks a lot!

Hi Alex,
The issue might be with your mail client, kindly check the email raw contents in order to confirm if the text is present and check if any options through client.
