Solved Conference Settings: MCU server

Hello,

a few weeks ago we could set up the preferred MCU server in our servers, in "Conferencing Settings", but now this option has disappeared and there is only one option: "Cloud"

Is there now any option to choose the mcu server we want to use? or to choose the mcu-zone?

our customers need to know which concrete servers are we using to exclude them in their security infrasctructure

Hi @oolivella ,

before the selection of an MCU in the management, the console was a preferred choice and not a guarantee you will be linked to this processor. The system already placed the user to the closes MCU measured on RTT and location. Now it is more clear that there is an auto-select process for the customer.
