Audio Conference question:

I have a scenario where a user repeatedly reports that the conferences are invalid. Upon checking the users webclient, no conferences show at the time.

3cx is based on Eastern Time(GMT-5).
User is in Pacific Time (GMT-8).

User schedules a 30 minute meeting for 9am, local to user (GMT-8)
9am comes around, and the meeting pin is invalid, and meeting appears to have dropped off the webclient.
Any chance this is due it being 9am PST, however 12PM EST, which is 2.5hrs past the 30 minute meeting ?
Since there is no Timezone definition when scheduling the meeting, or available for the extension, how is this handled, to be expected to be handled for admin/user.

Nicolas confirmed that Audio Conferencing is scheduled based on System Timezone, does not account for the users Timezone.
However Video Conferencing(Webmeeting) is scheduled based on UTC and internally adjust offsed based on Webclient/Browser detected timezone.

This is rather confusing to the end users, and think this needs a little update in the UI to schedule both the same way. Or at minimum provide information or ability to set a schedule TZ in the Audio conference.
