Config getting wiped

Hi,

so if up setup BLF, logos and other items on the phone they seem to be getting wiped?
the phone is still provisioned.

any ideas ?

How have you set this BLF from deskphone? From Console? From webclient?

Logos need entreprise licence to be able to change on phones

So these have been set from the phone webpage, surly i don't need license to add logo on phone.?

you mean directly from phone GUI ?
If so this is normal all you set is wiped each 24 h when automatic provision is done from PBX

To keep your settings you need to do this from MC or from webclient

Nope, this is normal behavior

As the phone has been provisioned, the system will re provision the phone every 24hrs wiping out any changes done manually on the phone.

To overcome this, you can delete the provisioning url from the phone - then you are manually configuring everything.

Yes, to change logo's via 3CX you need enterprise license.
