configuration of grandstream ata

Hello i run free hosted version of 3cx with an sbc on site and i have a ht801 ata and once i go to save the xml config file from the site i get "file wasn't available on site" (i get erorr 404 once i click the link from the browser). Is it from my side? Did i missconfigure something ?

You will need to have an ONLINE SBC in order to create this file.

When you create the gateway, it will need to have the information of the SBC in order to populate your XML file.
