Configuration problem with Flowroute

Hello all. I have multiple sites using hosted 3cx version 18, all with SIP from Flowroute. I have always followed the configuration guide during setup, and it states to use the 11 digit number for the main trunk number. On this new install, outgoing calls and extension to extension are fine, however, all incoming calls were failing due to 407 Proxy Authentication Required. All SIP are registered with username and password like the others. The only way I was able to get this to work now is to add + in front of the main trunk number. Now calls flow correctly inbound. Any ideas on why this would be required now and I have not had to do this on any other sites that also have Flowroute SIP, and those other sites continue to work fine without the +. Completed default install, no special rules. Thanks.

We recently made a change to the Flowroute template to allow the PBX to read the number with the "+" from the Invite in an attempt to normalise the number format, especially since SMS come in the system with a plus.
This change will only affect new installations that used the new firmware to add the trunk. Existing installations remain unaffected. So you correctly fixed the issue by adding the "+" to your numbers.
We are also in the process in updating our website for many providers.
