Configuration Question

I have two questions on using the Windows 3CX client:

1. Is there a setting to start 3CX minimized?
It currently starts with Windows which is what I want, but I don't really need it to popup every time I reboot my pc.

2. Is there a setting to start 3CX in CTI mode?
I understand that I can manually switch to CTI mode which is what I prefer for my desktop computer, but it would be great if I could set it to CTI mode permanently. Ideally, it would just remember my previous choice (e.g. CTI).

For question #2, I believe if you go to extension, under Phone provisioning tab choose IP Phone under call control.

Just to add to altisolutions, you need to make sure you have 3CX Client selected in the phones drop down before you select IP Phone. If you have it set to re-provision phone on startup then you will just need to restart your client, otherwise you will have to tell it to reprovision manually.
