configure grandstream gxp2000 out of office

anybody can help me. we have grandstream gxp 2000 and we want to connect on 3cx system. the phone is out of office. it is possible to configure without proxy ?

I haven't tried it but I imagine it is some combination of specifying a STUN Server in the advanced tab, and then enabling NAT Traversal in the Account tab.
