Configure status in Calendar Sync

Hi,
in our organization our Office 365 Exchange calendars are filled with tons of appointments and the status of each appointment is set according to what has to be done. Now, when we sync our calendars with 3CX everything works fine, except one little issue: the status our employees is often set to "Do Not Disturb" which means they can not be called from anybody, not even internal calls. We really need to configure this differently, so that our technicians can be called by other employees even though they have an appointment with "Busy" status. Is that possible? We would love to use this feature, but currently we have to run without it.

Unfortunately no, by the time you have enabled "Calendar Sync" for a user, if there is a M365 Calendar Event that flags them as "Busy", then 3CX will switch that extension to "Do not Disturb" for the duration of that event.
This is the point though and the behavior we were aiming for.

We don't currently have a status where External Callers will be rejected (or sent to VMail, etc), but Internal Callers can get through.

In your case, you might want to consider selecting specific users for which Calendar Sync will be enabled, but keep your technicians excluded so their calendars are not synced.
