Hi,

Is there a way to check if the pbx is in holiday mode or to check the date against the dates defined in the Configure Holidays part of the setting?

You can use the Date & Time Conditional component to check if the current date and time is considered "in-office" or "out-of-office" hours. Please check the following:

Yes, if it's a holiday configured in 3CX, then it will be considered out of office.
