Configuring Yealink phones

I'm looking for a way to push out profiles \ settings to a large # of phones. Settings that aren't available in 3CX.

I have tried without effort to get pricing from Yealink directly on their platform console and via my 3cx partner but no one from yealink will respond.

What are others using?

I would honestly just make a custom template for this.

Doesn't a custom template stop the firmware updates from applying? Is there documentation on custom templates?

No, just 3CX won't provide support (so if you need support switch a phone back to stock, replicate issue).
