confused on how to upgrade free version to paid

Must be a simple question, but I'm confused on what th process id on upgrading a free version to a paid version.
when I login to portal.3cx.com and click on the "Upgrade" link. I get:

Subscription Details
3CX Version: 20.0
Type: Annual
Edition: 3CX FREE
Number of Users: 10
Subscription expires in: 325 days

Subscription cannot be upgraded further.​

So how do I get to upgrade to a paid version, and kep my current configs? There is no backup option either in the free version it seems.

@pthegr8 the current 3CX Free version does not have the option to be upgraded as it is a unique product. If you need more features or to grow beyond the 10-user limit, then you will need to create a new dedicated system. It is not possible to migrate and retain your configuration from the free version.

The dedicated instances of 3CX can easily be upgraded whenever you continue to grow and expand.
