Connect remotely to admin pages

Is it possible to connect from my work place to the admin pages at home

At the moment i only can connect internal not external

Does anyone have a idee

I remember that i read something in the forums how to do it but i can't find it anymore

help please

I have set port forwarding in my router port internal port 5481 to external port 5481 on ip 192.168.1.245

But when i try 82.129.77.58:5481 It won't connect

Any ideas why I am using tele2 in the netherlands

I also having problems connecting to the 3cx from remote location

If I use a softphone (Sjphone) it is getting connect to the server I can dial nummers no errors in the 3cx log

But I cannot hear anything on the other side

witch ports do I have to open to get sounds at the other side
