Connect to Hotel Module

Hi,

I am currently trying to test communicating to my 3CX Server with the Hotel Module Enabled.

I have read the protocol documents however what I am trying to do is "Emulate" the PMS so I can develop a program which acts like a PMS and communicates with 3CX.

If I were to use Putty, what would be the settings to use in order to send the Check Out command to 3CX and have that actioned?

Hi Adam B,

In the case of integrating PMS with 3CX you must work closely with your PMS provider to achieve this. Firstly check the signalling protocol that you are using - 3CX supports:

* Mitel SX2000 PMS protocol
* Fidelio Protocol

I would check with them first, unless of course you work for the provider yourself.
