Connecting a Unix Box to the 3cx

I have a Centos Unix box we are going to use to send and receive sms and are trying to get it to login to the 3cx port what is the correct string to register to the port? and to send sms?

we are receiving the connection error from your SMPP trunk

Not sure if this possible within 3cx

3xx sms only works with supported sms providers https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/sms-text/

I have the sms trunk setup with telnyx and twilio - both are sending and receiving. The Unix box just needs to register as an extension. The unix box is just a different sip phone. I need to know the register string to the extension
