Solved Connecting Media

We tried to organize a meeting within our company. Some in office, some in home. When the number of participate get to 20-30, all of participate have issue of Connecting Media. Event we can connect to Internet that time.

May I know how to deal with that situation?
Can 3CX support for big meeting with the similar participate number?
Is there any document for that kind of service? Is there any document to fix the Connecting Media issue?

Hi vint,

3CX's infrastructure is capable to host meetings much bigger then this.

Reconnecting Media indicates a disconnection from your Browser to our Platform.
I would advice to lower the bandwidth requierments first to ensure that you do not overload your office internet line.

Due to huge list of 3CX server, can we have a list or ip address range... for 3CX platform to optimize traffice?

For bandwidth requirement, my I have recommendation for minimum bandwidth of webmeeting connection?

For bandwidth, in Balanced mode, every user must be able to receive up to 2 Mbit/s. The upload depends on the number of users connected. Simply device 2(Mbit)/Users to get to the upload required. It becomes less as more users are actually connected.

Quality is the same but on 4 Mbit/s and Stability is 512Kbit.
