Connectwise integration not working

I am trying to integrate 3CX with connectwise. I saw the update to add the ClientID. But our template is not updated with that field. 3CX and Connectwise are up to date. What do I have to do?

Probably you're running 3CX v15.5, which doesn't have this update. In that case, you need to upgrade to v16 and you will get it working.

Yep- I was on v16, did not see the Client ID field, updated to 16.0.3.676 and it was there. Works like a champ now.
