ConnectWise Integration Not Working

I enabled the intergration and test comes back correct however pop up isn't working and Journaling is not creating anything under notes for the contacts.. I enabled debugging and dont see that the server is even attempting to Journal..

no other issues, I can do that.. anything I should leave out of the backup/restore?

making a backup, uninstalling 3CX, reinstalling it from scratch... after completing these steps it is working!! thank you.
