connectwise integration takes browser to wrong url

Hi All,
When someone calls, I get a popup to ConnectWise but its the wrong URL. It tries to open:

https://na.myconnectwise.net/v2018_3/ConnectWise.aspx?routeTo=ContactFV&recid
but the correct URL is:
https://na.myconnectwise.net/v2019_2/ConnectWise.aspx?routeTo=ContactFV%26recid

where do I change this?

The URL is returned by the ConnectWise web service, it's not hardcoded in the template. I think you will need to change somehow the configuration, or check it with the ConnectWise support.
