Constant 3cx Fax Server Errors.

I constantly get 3cx fax server errors. i have 1 system installed on windows 7 (3cx v10 sp6) and one on windows 2003 server (3cx v10 sp4). They both get the same errors. I recently started using VOIP Faxes and it happens more frequently now, but it happed when I was using a PSTN as well.

Does anyone know how to fix this? See below for error log.
