Contact details in calls list

Hi everybody,

in the new V18 Windows App, the calls list looks differently that the search result in regards to the field company name:

We populate the customer number between the brackets in the field company name to have it ready before calling a customer. Especially in the abandoned calls list, there is no way to get to the full contact details, so we have to manually search for the contact to get the full information before calling back.

This is really annoying.
Can the display in the calls list also include the company name or can there be a link to the full contact details?

I will contact the mentioned ideas original poster and my 3CX partner.
But for me it isn't an idea to make two call lists look and behave the same, its just wrong the way it currently is.
