Contact details missing on answered call

Hi,

Since the latest 3CX Windows app update, we seem to be losing contact information when a staff member answers the phone.
We can see the contact information on ring, but it is omitted and only the number is displayed when the call is answered.

Can anyone confirm or let me know a solution to this? It only started after the latest update (16.3.0.111).
