Contact integration with custom objects

Hello,

The contacts in my org are stored in a custom object [suppliers] and each supplier has a sub object [supplier_contact] linked to it. The agents are calling and called by these [supplier_contact] OR by the [supplier].

Is there any way to look or call for custom objects instead of account/contacts/leads?

Custom objects in your case requires customization of the template. The 3CX Template is only tested and supported for objects account/contacts/leads therefore advice cannot be provided.

Indeed, you will need to modify the lookup scenarios as well as the OAuth scopes to fit the custom objects. Also, depending on the setup in Salesforce, you may need to add or edit some fields/relationships to make the search on both the supplier and the supplier_contact.

Right, so technically, i'd need to redefine the [LookupOrder] to match the order of lookup of custom objects and be sure that [EntityID] is set on the custom objects i'm looking for.
