Solved Contact lookup mismatch if more than one contact share last digits

Hi,

We have detect that if we have more than one contact share last 6 digits from phone number chrome extension fail to validate right contact and shows up on call first ocurrence also it's not correct and exists best match

Example:
Contact 1: 606123444
Contact 2: 111123444

If Contact 1 calls to our 3CX system it's identified as "Contact 2" on chrome extension app.

We've setup custom CRM integration so conctact mismatch it's a problem due wrong customer data loaded on call.
We've checked SQL Query and works fine, issue also happen if you use webapp and enters shared numbers on the box (123444), webapp selects Contact 2 and if you complete number stills identify as Contact 2

This is 3cx internal query because we select only query SQL or CRM database if contact was not found on 3cx phonebook (we had checked contacts exists on 3cx phonebooks already)

I've search on forum similar issues without sucess

Have you selected the contact options to Match exactly? Does it show the correct Contact?

Works like a charm... after change option "at least X ..." from 6 to 9 we could load right customers data on call without issues!!
