Contacts Grouping

Hello,

I have a client who wants a call center solution, everything else is working perfectly.
The only challenge I have is that the customer wants to group customer contacts into groups, I am not sure if 3CX is able to do that.

Hi vincent

There is no feature for setting any groups for contacts I am afraid. However 3CX contacts are split into categories depending on where they where added from.
