GiannosC_3CX Oct 9, 2017 #2 hi MSmeets, What version of 3CX Phone system are you on? Is on the supported firmware the HTek deskphone. Is on the 3CX default templates. How is provisioned manually or using the supported methods? Also, what is the size of your company phone book?
