Hi there,
I have a lead resource that requires I ring queue calls for a minimum of 15 seconds regardless of whether there is someone logged in to the queue. If there are no agents logged into the queue currently it follows the timeout procedure, which ends up at a voicemail. Is there any way to get around this feature?
I tried transferring the queue to a ring group but this also goes to the "destination if no answer" immediately if all of my agents are set to "Away".
Thanks
