Improvements have been made in availability of data this year by 3CX. But this data is complex to work with for the normal user. Some of the data is also made available in csv file format. And that can still be useful.
For the csv-file data-sharing ,here is a simple to use template, for both Google Sheets and MS Excel. Just copy the csv-data and paste into the sheet Data-Input.

The segmented call log, which provides the most information, can be received via email or provided for by your 3CX administrator upon request. Conversion is nearly automatic way. Select the date period and you are presented a number of metrics and some charts, as well as a list of the calls, aggregated to one line per call, that can be filtered.
No need to copy the summary or transcripts, that's text and not processed...
