CORDLESS PANASONIC TGP500B01

Hi,
I have a problem with a Cordless Panasonic TGP500. When i trie to trasfer a call from another phone ( Grandstrema GX2000 ) the transfer fail.
Can someone help me ?

Exactly how are you doing the transfer? Is it blind or attended? What does the 3CX log show for the call?
