Correct way to shutdown/reboot v15 on Debian

I do not see a "Shutdown" option in 3CX version 15 on Debian. I have been stopping the 3CX services, although 2 cannot be stopped, and then going into Debian via SSH and shutting down or rebooting.
Is this the best method to shutdown or reboot 3CX on Debian?

Login to the Debian box with e.g. PuTTY
To reboot the box type: shutdown -r now
To shutdown the box type: shutdown -h now
