We are trying to dial numbers from other countries, for example a Croatian number from the UK, but it would appear that 3CX is blocking that.

Unlike on the full 3CX system where you have options to block certain countries, there isn't anything like that in the SMB admin panel.
How do i get around this ?

If you check under the dashboard Event log section, do you see errors related to the call being blocked by country code?

No i don't no. All i see is if i run a report for a Call Log, it says that it was ended by my SIP Trunk.
However Fuse2 are saying that it's 3CX Stopping it as my plan allows calls to all countries.

In this case, the call is being passed to the VoIP provider and is not being blocked by 3CX. Your provider will need to make the necessary adjustments to ensure that the calls are routed internationally.

I did think this was the case. I will get back onto them regarding it.

Hi Paulo

We use sipdiscount for international calls and apparently some numbers can not be called with a caller ID from outside the EU/UK, which is our case. (mostly starting with +443) have a divergent/high rate when called from outside the EU/UK. We have been told British operators cause this.

Hi @Jacob_S, @Plankton1982

Have you tried replacing the + with 00? E.G instead of +44 using 0044. It could be an issue with how the operator is receiving the number you are trying to dial.

We dial using 0044.
Thanks for confirming :). From your previous reply I see you have identified your issue is due to international number restrictions.

Out of interest, when you try to make the call, do you receive an audible error message on the call itself? This could be useful for others having similar issues.
- For example: "Sorry your call cannot be completed at this time" or "Call blocked by Administrator"?

@Jacob_S same as above, and can you confirm if using 00 instead of + in the number has a different result for you?

The message we get is "Destination is not available, not registered, or there are no routes available"

Hello,

If the 3CX is 'the problem', then you should not hear anything (short beep?), but will have en error in the Event Log.
If this is the case, mention the 3CX Error here.

When you hear audio message, and have no Error in the 3CX Event Log, than 'the problem' is with the Provider.
Contact provider to resolve the issue.

Paulo
