Solved Create extension without welcome email

We are migrating from a Mitel PBX to 3CX. I would like to create all my extensions in 3CX before I begin the actual user moves to the new system. I would like to do this without sending out the "Welcome" email to each user. This way I can get all my extensions added as well as Ring and Queue groups ahead of time. When the time comes to setup the user on the new system I can then "resend" the welcome email. I know I can do this one at a time, but can this be done in bulk, i.e., import of csv?

First thing make sure you have unticked 'Notify user when extension is added' under Settings - Email Settings - Notifications.

Create all your extension as required.

When it comes to sending the welcome email, under Extensions you can bulk select the extensions then click on 'Send Welcome Email' across the top. You can select the extensions selecting

1. One by one, click in the square on the right of the extension number
2. Bulk select, by using selecting the first extension, going to the last extension , hold shift down and select the extension.
3. Select all extensions, by click in the square to the right of Ext. heading
