In the past we synchronised Microsoft365 users with 3CX including the extension. I found in a blog that when we create a user in Microsoft 365 and set the preferred 3CX extension in the faxnumber field, the user is created with that extension.
Yesterday I tried this with V20, but this does not work anymore. Is there anyway to set the preferred 3CX extension in Microsoft365 when we create a new user?
