Have had 3Cx Phone for Windows v12 with outlook CRM working well for some time ... especially useful as the CRM shows caller details or allows the option to add ... and then auto closes after a specified period if not used.
New PC running 64bit Outlook 2013 ... installed 3cx Phone 12.5 all ok but the CRM is nothing like the v12. Only options are to show a small system tray popup showing caller number only OR the full size outlook contact detail ... there appear to be no other options or configurations. All I need is a simple window as before that auto closes.
Any suggestions?
