Is it possible for an incoming call pop-up to also provide a link to the customer url? If you know how to program this, please respond to this post with your contact information. We are currently using the "External Application" launch, but want a solution which does not open the browser for every incoming call, including internal calls. Our dial plan rings all extensions at this time.
