Custom Templates? My License?

I have the Product - Enterprise Annual
Doesn't this level include custom templates to be found under settings? I do not have said option.
Let me know if I am mistaken.

Hosted by 3CX probably. You do not have access to those when hosted by them.

Please note that you cannot use custom templates in 3CX Hosted Installations.
